How does this work?
Each card comes with a physical Smart Card that has a built-in wireless chip that transmits your digital profile to the receiver’s phones via Near-Field Communication (NFC). Simply hover or tap the card near the receiver’s phone and it will open up your digital profile.
Older model phones without NFC can scan the QR code on the card with their camera to view the profile.
You can also share your digital profile virtually as an URL, digital QR Code, within your email signature or virtual background during e-meetings.

How do I set up my digital Profile?
You will receive the setup instructions with your One Good Card. There will be a guided onboarding to assist you in the setup process.
This process is very simple and intuitive, the process is similar to setting up a social media account.
Can I edit my profile after the initial setup?
Yes! Upon receiving your card, you can proceed to set it up in less than 10 minutes (for reals).
Once your initial profile has been set up, you can login to your profile editor here at anytime to edit your details. The changes will be reflected instantly.
Is my data secured?
We regard your data security with utmost importance. Our servers are hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) which maintains a state-of-the-art infrastructure that is encrypted at rest which uses AES-256 encryption algorithm that is virtually impenetrable. Click here to learn more on this form of encryption. We take this up a notch by encrypting all incoming and outgoing traffic for that extra security.
We do not ask for your sensitive information on our platform and we do not restrict nor compel you to display any particular information, the displayed information is entirely up to your personal choice. For example, if you do not wish to show your phone number, simply do not input and your phone number will not be displayed. The fields that you choose to display are only modifiable by you.

Will the card work on my phone?
Yes, One Good Card is compatible with all modern smartphones. There are 2 primary ways to share:
Tapping – this feature works explicitly with NFC-enabled devices, click here for the list of NFC-enabled devices.
If your device is not within the list, it might also be that we missed it out from the list. A quick Google search will reveal whether your device has NFC included.
Scanning – Should your device not come with NFC or you prefer sharing via QR codes, every card comes with its own unique profile QR code which opens the same user profile as tapping would.
Does this require any app?
No app required. Your digital profile and subsequent profile editing are powered entirely on the device’s web browser.
Where does the QR Code lead to?
Each card comes with its own unique profile QR code that opens the same digital profile as when you tap.
The QR code allows you to share your profile seamlessly and not risk contact.
Is there a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
No MOQ. Unlike traditional paper name cards that requires you to purchase minimally 100 paper name cards (imagine the wastage!). Kickstart your journey on sustainability with just ONE card.
